Domina Paulo, a widow living in Bukoba rural, has benefited from her membership to the Bukoba Women's Empowerment Association. She currently manages a 2-acres farm where she cultivates bananas, coffee, vanilla beans, cassava, and other vegetables. Last Summer Domina hosted a workshop on nutrition and clean water sponsored by WGC in collaboration with BUWEA. Domina became a Global Business Partner in 2008 and invested the grant she received on cattle. She is currently selling milk and applying the manure produced by her cows on her farm. For a full insight on Domina's life see a short video produced by our volunteer Terry Ambrose.
