Leadership Program
		Since 1994 Interconnections has fostered educational workshops focused on self-awareness, self-knowledge, and communication, with women in the community who are interested in learning, many of whom are escaping domestic violence and/or poverty. The women are given the opportunity and support for individual reflection and critical thinking about experience. This learning process facilitates the ability to sustain positive change and to improve leadership skills in the home, at work and in the larger community.
