The mass event takes place in Washington\, DC\, with a coalition of more than 200 Catholic sisters\, priests\, brothers and lay Catholic advocates and immigrants. Nonviolent civil disobedience is planned\, with arrests possible. \n \nThe coalition will gather to pressure the Trump administration and Congress to end the immoral and inhumane practice of detaining immigrant children. Leaders will gather for a press conference and a prayerful assembly on the Capitol Lawn before processing into the Russell Senate Office Building Rotunda\, where more than Catholic leaders will engage in civil disobedience and risk arrest to draw attention to this moral crisis. \n \nIn San Antonio\, a The Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word also invites the public to a local service echoing the same sentiments as the national call to action.
